What are your goals in your role at your company?

I’m excited to work with Principal Foundation colleagues as we help 50,000 youths worldwide to learn, earn and save more by 2023. Millennials are the first generation in recent years to be financially less well-off than their parents, and Gen Z is on a similar path — we’re working to change that.  

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

Community is my biggest passion. It is at the core of who we are as people, professionals and community servants. We have the complete ability to make changes as we see fit.
