What are your goals in your role at your company?

My goal is to create a community of choice for the residents of Pleasant Hill. I strive every day to make a difference in people’s lives for the better and want to continue to add value as community development director to my team and to the community at large.  

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

My biggest passion is building a better community through civic engagement because I want to ensure a world where my daughter can achieve all her dreams. Everyone plays an important role in society; I want to demonstrate how to effect the change you want to see in your community so she, too, will become an engaged citizen.
