What are your goals in your role at your company?

To develop and lead high-performing teams that design and build complex, creative and enduring projects for our clients and the community. It is very rewarding to drive past a project and tell my daughters that I was part of a team that built a building for people to enjoy every day. 

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

Trying something new and challenging while sharing the experience with friends and family, whether it is travel, hunting, music or golf. I try to find a new adventure every four to six months, like building a guitar or participating in an Ironman.
